Jillian has long red hair pulled back into a braid and freckles on her cheeks. She wears an aqua tank top with a picture of a gelatin dessert with whipped cream topped with a cherry on it, a rainbow ruffle-skirt with white polka-dots and yellow sandals decorated in two, huge aqua flowers. Her symbol is a gelatin dessert topped with whipped cream and a cherry on top. and she has a Gelatin charm that Makes sure Gelatins taste good. Her wings are blue tinted.
