Elinor the Elder Pedronomus Fairy is the third fairy of the Animal Kaisers of the Past Fairies. She was originally created by AllyTrish34.

Elinor wears a brown-spotted skater dress, a pair of jeggings, a pair of pink Daddy'$ Money wedges with yellow shoelaces, and a bracelet with a crown charm on her left arm. She has yellow-orange, pointed wings and pale blond hair topped with a cheetah-ear Alice band.

- She has the same name as Merida's mom in Brave.
- Elder Pedronomus is one of the seven (eight, if including Kaiser Coral) Animal Kaisers of the Past — animals who return from heaven to fight the Emperor. This cheetah is also the 18th Animal Kaiser.
